Kartik Dube has the experience of working on sustainable and low carbon transport, GHG reduction, clean air, and business sustainability projects during his past associations. A Mechanical Engineer by background and an MBA in Business Analytics and Digital Marketing, is an Energy, Environment and Climate Change professional with strong interpersonal, team building and leadership skills and result-oriented approach towards bringing a change for a more sustainable world. He has worked on the programs funded by several multi-lateral and donor organisations such as Asian Development Bank, The World Bank, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC), UN Environment, MacArthur Foundation, and the private sector. In the past, he has worked in the field of corporate sustainability by strategizing and creating capacity to mainstream environmental sustainability in corporate business models.
Amar Yadav
Director
Mr. Amar Nath Yadav has 25 years of multi domain, cross cultural experience on administration and financial management working with private sector and not-for-profit organizations. He has worked as Administration Manager for the programs funded by international agencies like USAID, World Bak, DFID. His core areas of strength are strategic planning, accounts, administration, and contracts management and inter and intrapersonal communication management. He has undergone training in ‘Computer Information and Management’. He is bachelor’s in arts from University of Delhi with an MBA in Marketing, Finance and HR.
Rajib Deb
Sr. Project Manager
Mr. Rajib Deb is an energy efficiency expert and has over 14 years of working experience in the Energy efficiency, Emobility, Renewable Energy and Carbon Credits sector. Presently he is working with IRIPL as a Senior Project Manager. He has worked with various prestigious organizations such as the Development Alternatives, Eaga Plc., Enfragy Solutions etc. He also assisted Power Departments of different States like Govt of Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland, West Bengal to implement various initiatives under EC Act in the respective State. He also Worked with Donor agencies like ADB, World Bank, IFC, USAID, GIZ, Shakti Foundations. Under MNRE he executed VESP project in 3 hamlets in Jharkhand. He also conducted Energy Audit of more than 100 buildings and 20 industries (utility). He also assisted different States to formulate Energy Action plan for their respective States. Apart from that he also conducted DSM projects for DISCOMs like Kerala, Assam, Tripura, Jodhpur. Under RE, he has done the Market Assessment of Solar systems under EFL. Under Clean Development Mechanism, he conducted Assessment of Biomass for HUL, Reckit Benckiser, Kohler, HR Johnson’s etc. He also conducted Impact Assessment study of adoption of EE measures by different states. He executed projects like Solar Space heating of Nagaland Secretariat. Rajib also conducted an EA under ECBC and ISO 500091:2011 of two manufacturing units. Under IRIPL, Rajib has executed several projects on Electric Vehicle like Training Needs Assessment for EV workforce Readiness, Optimum locations of Deployment of EVCI in two cities, Capacity building Training programme of States on EV. And assisted Central Govt. to prepare a roadmap on electrifying Ridesharing.
Amittosh Pandey

Amittosh is an experienced professional in the field of Decentralized Renewable Energy (DRE) sector. Over the years, he has worked on various projects aimed at improving energy access and promoting the use of sustainable and efficient energy technologies in rural and remote areas of India. He has led projects on developing DRE enabled Integrated development and energy access plan for the 5 border villages of South West Garo hills in Meghalaya under Vibrant Villages Program of Government of India and for the Mon district of Nagaland with support of District Administration. In his previous role, he also established an industry-academia partnership collaborating with Rural Technology Action Group (RuTAG) of 6 IITs for technology transfer and knowledge support to the DRE practitioners. He has also authored several reports on the state of the DRE sector in India. In addition, he has led projects focused on increasing energy access and promoting the use of energy efficient appliances and off-grid applications, as well as sensitizing financial institutions towards lending to DRE enterprises and end-users. He has worked for several donors such as GIZ, CLASP, bp India etc. Amittosh holds B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST). He is an electrical machine and renewable energy enthusiast and passionate about cricket and is a regional level basketball player. He has won district and state level quiz competitions during his early days in Assam.

Sonia Shukla

Sonia Shukla has more than a decade of experience in electric mobility, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable development. She has worked with several multi-lateral and donor organizations such as The World Bank, ADB, IFC GIZ, USAID, and other foundations. She is presently working with IIEC as senior project manager handling projects on energy efficiency and renewable energy in buildings. She has worked on development and implementation of innovative financial strategies for promotion of rooftop solar and energy efficiency projects. She worked with IFC to increase loan pipeline of energy efficiency projects for the partner financial institutes under PRGFEE scheme of Bureau of Energy Efficiency, India. She has assisted several private players in financial analysis of project CAPEX, business strategy formulation, assessment of state policies, and regulations on RE sector. She was also involved in developing unique and innovative DSM programmes under the Standard Offer Program framework and has carried out load research for several distribution utilities. She has worked with several Indian states under World Bank and ADB TA program for policy formulation and institutional capacity building on solar rooftop program.
